Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Licensing & Commercial Management
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of Microsoft licensing programs, including CSP, EA, MPSA,SPLA, and Open Value.
* Optimize customer licensing through cost analysis, deal benchmarking, and spend optimization.
* Advise customers on the most effective licensing solutions to maximize ROI and compliance.
* Support the sales team in positioning organizations value proposition to win large and complexlicensing deals.
* Deliver Microsoft software advisory and license optimization projects.
* Conduct licensing workshops and training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
* Provide licensing helpdesk support for large enterprise customers and resolve complex queries.
* Maintain 100% compliance of OEM trainings and certifications across teams.
* Administer vendor portals (e.g., PSX, Microsoft Partner Center) for updates, data validation,and user management.
* Organize vendor-funded campaigns and events (PowerDays, webinars, customer round tables)
* Enable internal teams through ongoing Licensing and Program knowledge sessions.
Program Management & Execution
* Conduct detailed program briefings and training sessions for sales and presales teams.
* Support Sales (Account Managers) in identifying opportunities, renewals, and incrementalrevenue streams.
* Maintain an active customer pipeline and track conversion from engagement to license purchase.
* Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and program trackers for business reviews with Microsoft and Crayon Leadership.

Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs (CSP, EA, MPSA, SPLA, Open Value).
* Experience in Micrososft licensing, SAM, commercial management.
* Ability to conduct cost analysis, ROI assessments, and licensing optimization.
* Experience supporting sales teams in complex deal structuring and customer conversations.
* Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Partner Center, PSX, or similar vendor portals.
* Strong program management skills with the ability to run incentive, enablement, or funding programs end‑to‑end.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to conduct workshops and training sessions.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data accuracy.
* A proactive, detail‑oriented, and customer‑centric approach.
