Responsibilities:
* Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities as well as the following duties and responsibilities.
* Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, using and promoting effective communication strategies to meet inter-and intra-departmental needs.
* Demonstrates knowledge of unit standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs in facilitation proper patient placement and patient care assignments.
Qualifications:
* Education: Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing
* Licensure: Licensed to practice nursing in the state of ND
* Two years working with people with developmental disabilities (preferred)
