Overview: Centurion Health is proud to partner with the state of Indiana as the new provider of medical and behavioral health services to the Indiana Department of Correction. We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility located in Carlisle, Indiana. Pay Range is $25-33/hour, depending on experience + Benefits Responsibilities: * The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. * Licensed Practical Nurse work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.
