Overview: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Make a Difference as a Licensed Mental Health Professional at Robert Young Center! In this meaningful role, you'll provide mental health assessments, individual, couple, and family therapy, and crisis evaluations as needed. You'll lead intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and identify effective therapeutic approaches, all while ensuring care meets state and accreditation standards. Responsibilities: * Performs diagnostic assessments, collecting diagnostic information, determining immediate treatment plans for patients. * Requests medical consultation, where indicated, in a diligent and timely manner. * Provides direct, intensive psychiatric therapy to individuals, families and/or groups identified as having psychiatric disorders. * Coordinates treatment goals with community agencies, primary care physicians, court system, and managed-care entities. * Develops RYC treatment plan and monitor, its completion and revision. Qualifications: Education: * Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or a related field. License(s)/Certification(s): * Current licensure in good standing to practice from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation in one of the following: * Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) * Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) * Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Experience: * Minimum of two years of experience in a community mental health setting. *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
