**This role currently offers a $2500.00 sign on bonus**

Responsibilities:

Installs, maintains, and repairs plumbing systems, including water lines, pumps, filters, fixtures, steam systems, drains, and medical gas piping. 

*  Diagnoses system issues and performs repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, including backflow and cross-connection control. 
*  Monitors and tests fire protection components (e.g., valves, pumps, deluge systems) and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 
*  Develops and executes preventive maintenance schedules, produces reports, and recommends long-term system improvements and cost-saving strategies. 
*  Responds to emergency situations, communicates work status to stakeholders, and ensures proper documentation and compliance with safety protocols. 
*  Supports operational effectiveness by maintaining tools and equipment, assisting across sites or systems as needed, and contributing to training, projects, and team development initiatives.

Qualifications:

Requirements: 

Must have one or more of the following:

* Graduate of trade school.
* Relevant license with 3 years' experience.
* 5 years' relevant experience in lieu of license.
* Other equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
