Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive mental health care including assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy for individuals, families, and groups. Utilize evidence-based practices and ensure care aligns with ethical, cultural, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with families and professionals to support patient treatment goals and ensure patient safety.

Clinical Care

* Conduct psychosocial and diagnostic assessments; diagnose per DSM standards.

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

* Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy, including crisis intervention.

* Utilize evidence-based practices and make referrals as needed.

* Engage collateral sources (family, friends, agencies) to support treatment.

* Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate care.

* May perform Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or court-related evaluations.

* Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with treatment goals.

Qualifications:

Education:

* Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy with a clinical/mental health focus.

Experience:

* Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.

* One year of experience with the site's specific population preferred.

Licensure:

* Iowa: LISW, LMFT, LMHC

* Illinois: LCPC, LCSW, LMFT

* Wisconsin: LCSW, LMFT, LPC
