Overview:
Seeking a Clinician to serve 8-9 adult individuals with intellectual developmental delays.
Create your own schedule!
Ability to provide 9 hours of individual weekly sessions and two 2-hour group sessions. Therapy can be set up at candidates discression after day-hab program during the week releases at 2:30 in Mays Landing. Can work Weekends if desired.
Starting FT Pay is $65,000/yr up to $70,000/yr
Role of the Clinician: Seeking LSW, LAC, LCSW or LPC candidates
Provide individual (8-9 hours) and group therapy (2, 2-hour weekly sessions) to individuals within your assigned programs.
Conduct assessments/consultations/monitoring with our individuals to create a comprehensive treatment plan.
Develop and maintain WRAP plans and safety contracts
Consultation on Individual Support Plans Goals/Objectives
Collaboration with external entities such as vocational programs, Psychiatrists, Physicians
Conduct specialty orientation training for new staff and refresher training for established staff
On call responsibilities are included in the position, which include, but not limited to phone consultation to assigned programs.
The Clinician reports directly to our Clinical Psychologist. The therapist provides services to in-home to our individuals in Cape May county.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
* Must be 21+ with a valid drivers license
* Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other related clinical discipline
* Valid LSW, LAC, LCSW or LPC
* Two years of working with the adults with special needs
* One year of clinical work in a behavioral health setting, experience providing in-community treatment preferred
Schedule:
* 1.5 weeks of new hire orientation training from 9:30-5pm at the Cherry Hill training office
* Therapy and group sessions can occur at day-hab program in Mays Landing after 2:30pm OR at the group home setting in Cape May Court House
* Flexible schedule post orientation. Will discuss therapy needs in interview. Ability to provide in-home/program therapy sessions and remote documentation/assessments
