				Overview:

We are looking for an experienced solution focused individual to join our team and work with our customers and staff in promoting, educating, and encouraging mental health while providing the environment to achieve this. A successful candidate will be accountable for the overall leadership and coordination of the mental health program, create and maintain inclusive site wide programs and will serve as the site's content expert to ensure best practices and that the newest information on community mental health are being applied. The LCSW's duties will also include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating actions required to meet the customer's needs. The LCSW will provide support through the creation of reports, referrals, and other documentation. Ultimately, in this role, you will work directly with both staff and customers to help them overcome mental health barriers and lead a healthier life. 

Responsibilities:

* Participates in the maintenance and implementation of mental health programs
* Manages and supports customers / job seekers facing the stress of the job search and going through difficult times
* Creates reports on ongoing program process and analytics 
* Assesses and connects customers to recommend activities and behavioural routines to meet the needs of the individual
* Maintains confidentiality of customer records and conversations
* Performs general evaluations to determine treatment priorities, such as referrals, programs and outside agencies 
* Provides site with mental health focused training and opportunities for mental wellbeing growth
* Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

* Master's degree program in either Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health counseling or similar
* Fully licensed practitioners preferred (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, etc.)
* Two or more years of relevant experience in mental health, community, care coordination or case management
* One year minimum of supervisory experience preferred
* Excellent organizational, problem solving, critical thinking, time-management, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to remain professional and deescalate high tension situations when assisting stressed customers
* Ability to work independently and be a self-starter while remaining in communication with Project Director
* Ability to attend and contribute to departmental meetings and community meetings
* Ability to interact with individuals of all cultures and levels of authority
* Experienced with Microsoft Office programs with exceptional computer skills
* Moderate travel required
