Reporting to the Legal Counsel responsible for UK and Ireland, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* End-to-end responsibility for all legal matters for SoftwareONE subsidiaries in the UK (London) and Ireland, with support to the Group Legal function for subsidiaries outside these regions.

* Provide legal support across a full range of matters, with a strong focus on software licensing, IT services, managed services, framework agreements, public sector contracts, and international supplier, partner, and customer agreements.

* Review, draft, and negotiate complex commercial and licensing agreements, while managing day-to-day legal operations including documentation and contract management.

* Act as the primary liaison with external lawyers and consultants, providing legal oversight for projects and business divisions in a global, cross-functional environment.

* Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and HR teams, and support data protection matters including DPAs in coordination with Group Data Protection and Compliance teams.

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification, with 4-7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).

* Strong foundation in contract law, with preferred experience in commercial and technology contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating in a fast-paced environment.

* Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage), with excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders.

* Structured, independent, and precise working style, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

* Strong commercial judgment and pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset, with awareness of UK and EU technology regulatory frameworks (e.g. DORA, public sector requirements).
