Talentcor Professional, Properties and Facilities division are working with one of the best known brands in real estate with an amazing culture in search of a dynamic, best in class Leasing Professional to support their well-established leasing team.

In this role, the ideal candidate would be responsible for increasing the values of the properties through renewals, new leasing opportunities and potential developments. In return you will have autonomy in your position, ownership of your portfolios and work with some of the best in the industry.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

* Maintain all leases, lease changes, move outs, security deposit refunds, etc.
* Negotiates the terms of leasing offers of existing and new tenants.
* Research potential tenancies with cold calling.
* Prepares and manages Leasing budgets for each property.
* Monitors and assesses market trends; ensures that all leasing offers are competitive.
* Ensures all lease offers are effectively documented.
* Liaises with legal, construction, property managers and accountants to achieve leasing goals

Desired Skills & Experience:

* Related industry experience required
* Working knowledge of relevant laws related to leasing
* Knowledge of Timberline and Yardi
* Knowledge of Tax and CAM
* Experienced in Estoppels
