				Responsibilities:

The Talent Development Manager supports the effective delivery and ongoing assessment of all company-wide training programs to meet the strategic goals of the company. This position assists in the development and design of both new and existing training programs and facilitates these programs throughout the portfolio.  This position requires extensive travel.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in Talent Development or similar role.
* Hospitality experience.
* Ability to operate individually and employing solid decision-making skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal leadership and communication skills.
* Solid sense of confidentiality and discretion.
* Ability to develop and maintain highly effective relationships externally and internally.
* Ability to influence professionals of senior management level.
* The position requires executive presence a training style that quickly builds rapport with audiences and the ability to add value to individuals and the organization by delivering effective engaging training sessions. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* The Talent Development Manager will have extensive contact with various stakeholders including corporate and property level leadership teams and associates as well as current and potential stakeholders. The position will facilitate high profile company-wide trainings and have regular communications with company leadership.
* The position will perform special projects and other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned. Participate in orientations work groups and committees as required. 
* Works to assess development needs performing gap analysis designing leading and delivering programs that build people management and leadership skills and capabilities.
* Assures the appropriate connection of proposal and delivery methods education and development programs to business.
* Develops communication and marketing methods in educating associates on education programs and resources.
* Collaborates with operations business leaders and human resources to develop and execute an incorporated approach to development learning and talent management.
* Frequent travel.
