Responsibilities:

* Assists Warehouse Manager by supervising Clerks and providing training, direction and development while maintaining the required internal controls necessary for an inventory operation.
* Ensures internal controls are followed and suggests improvements as needed.
* Creates and maintains proper standards for receiving, storing, and distributing inventory of goods. 
* Creates and maintains proper standards for inventory turnover with approver from leadership.
* Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
* Maintains requisition files to ensure receipts are accurately recorded.
* Verifies vendor invoices for accuracy. Notes and reconciles all discrepancies.
* Records damaged products and notifies the proper department of the corrective action required.
* Coordinates deliveries and stocking of receipts with Manager. Labels all receipts for delivery and ensures signed delivery copies are returned to warehouse.
* Inspects good and informs Manager of any problems.
* Processes all incoming and outgoing United Parcel Service, USPS, and Fed Ex items.
* Checking in, stocking, and delivering Food & Beverage goods.
* Places liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures in the bar.
* Operates and maintains all bar equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
* Removes and properly disposes of all debris accumulated around the property as needed and in accordance with department procedures.
* Wipes bar counter areas, sinks and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation.
* Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards for the bar and warehouse/receiving dock.
* Assists in banquet setup and tear down of fixtures, furniture, and equipment as needed.
* Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction.
* Responsible for promptly notifying leadership of any issues that may arise. 
* Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.  
* Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
* Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Qualifications:

* Associate degree (A.A) from an accredited college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. 
* Must have proficient communication skills, both verbal and written. 
* Must have Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). 
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. 
* Ability to write simple correspondence. 
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
* Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications.
* Must maintain a valid driver's license in your state of residence and maintain a clean driving record. Must have driver's license on their person at all times.
* Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
* Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
