				Overview:

The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner supports the Director by identifying individual and team competency requirements, vulnerabilities, and learning needs. Supervises a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and promotes One Team values and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure successful outcomes. 

Responsibilities:

*  Supervises, plans, assigns and directs the work of Talent Acquisition Partners; interviews, hires and trains staff; evaluates performance; mentors and coaches staff; addresses complaints and resolves issues. 

*  Monitors and maintains recruitment metrics, monitors and adjusts requisition loads, and proactively addresses Talent Acquisition needs. 

*  Executes full life cycle searches for Senior Management and Executive level positions to include: developing the search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates to attract and evaluate candidates to our hiring managers/internal clients. 

*  Understands the NCH Diversity Strategy and networks with external diversity groups in order to create a sourcing pool of potential candidates. Follows all regulatory requirements to implement diversity recruiting activities. 

*  Nurtures a strong service culture that ensures delivery of quick, repeatable and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders. 

*  Effectively models and participates in process improvement, quality and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

Education:  Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, psychology or related field is required.

Certifications:  PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP & SHRM-SCP preferred. 

Experience:  

* Minimum of five years of direct full cycle recruitment experience. 
* Healthcare Recruitment experience required. 
* Knowledge of hospital operations experience preferred. 
* Experience in working with an applicant tracking system. 
* Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and expertise of end-to-end talent acquisition processes.

Skills: 

* Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
* Demonstrated presentation, relationship building, critical and analytical thinking skills. 
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities while staying organized. 
* Ability to maintain efficiency and work independently in a remote or office-based environment. 
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
