As Global Product Architect for Microsoft Azure, you will lead and manage global initiatives related to productivity solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives. Your primary focus will be on building global services and standards, which regional consultants can then deliver to customers.
Staying updated with the latest trends in productivity technologies, you will share knowledge within the architect community to promote innovation and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Architectural Leadership: Own the design and architecture of productivity solutions, ensuring they meet scalability, performance, and security standards
* Hands-On Leadership: Engage with regional stakeholders, teams, and customers to validate and test solutions, ensuring they meet market and customer requirements
* Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, design, and implementation processes
* Training Design and Delivery: Design and deliver train-the-trainer sessions to equip consultants with the skills needed to deliver global solutions effectively
* Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with senior-level stakeholders, capturing requirements and driving the success of global productivity solutions
Qualifications:
* Experienced Microsoft Azure Architect with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud migrations. Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects within complex, international environments and matrix organisations
* Expert in Azure IaaS/PaaS, hybrid identity (Azure AD, AD), Azure Migrate, and automation using PowerShell and Terraform. Skilled in cloud security, compliance, and governance in line with Microsoft best practices
* Strong leadership skills across end-to-end project delivery, with effective stakeholder engagement at global and executive levels
