Responsibilities:
The Transportation Payroll Lead will oversee a Payroll Team, direct the processing of all driver payroll items on a weekly basis, ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll documents to Corporate Payroll and is responsible for driver on-boarding functions. As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrate ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and assure compliance with company and other applicable policies and procedures.
* Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software or related.
* High energy level and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to meet applicable payroll deadlines.
* Strong data entry skills with high rate of accuracy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with one year of experience in payroll function preferred or 3+ years of experience in payroll with at least 2 years of management experience or supervisory experience.
* Previous clerical experience and knowledge of operations and transportation functions preferred.
