Overview: Join us as a Lead Online Shopper (Full-Time) at Festival Foods! Deliver an Outstanding Online Shopping Experience! As a Lead Online Shopper, you'll play a key role in creating a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience for our guests. You'll lead by example, ensuring that every order is picked with care, accuracy, and efficiency. In this retail role, you'll support and coach a small team while keeping operations running smoothly in our Click N Go department. Responsibilities: What You'll Do: As a Lead Online Shopper at Festival Foods for our Click N Go experience, you'll: * Lead and support a team - Actively coach, teach, and mentor associates to ensure smooth operations and top-notch guest service. * Pick, pack, and prepare orders - Select only the freshest and highest-quality products, following guest preferences and notes. * Manage order fulfillment - Retrieve staged orders quickly upon guest arrival, process payments, and load groceries into vehicles. * Ensure guest satisfaction - Communicate order updates, offer thoughtful substitutions, and provide a surprise-and-delight experience. * Keep operations running smoothly - Maintain the organization and cleanliness of Click N Go areas and assist guests with online order inquiries. * Manage time - Prioritize tasks effectively and adjust quickly to unplanned duties. To excel in the Online Shopper role at Festival Foods, you should have: * High school diploma or equivalent experience * Strong leadership and mentoring skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one). Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands and work environment described below are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. * Ability to work in varying temperatures such as sales floor, refrigerators, backrooms & coolers * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day * Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time * Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials * Work Schedule: This full-time Lead Online Shopper role offers 38-40 hours per week, with shifts that may include morning shifts, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ability to collaborate with all departments and communicate expectations * Actively coach, teach and mentor a small team of associates on Click N Go procedures * Responsible for picking the product for guest's online orders ensuring that the freshest and highest quality products are selected, staged in the optimal temperature zones, and following guests notes * Follows all processes set forth by Festival such as "bagging as items are scanned" to ensure all items are bagged and accounted for properly * Offers suitable substitutions that make sense when items are out- of- stock; document the reason for the out of stock item on hand-held device * Assists with quickly retrieving orders from staging location(s) upon guest arrival, process payment and coupons, and load groceries into guest's vehicle * Informs guest of any order modifications and offering a surprise and delight to guests * Maintains organization and cleanliness of the Click N Go area, including staging areas in compliance with company procedures and policies * Provides in-store and online support for guest inquiries as they relate to Click N Go * Reports pricing, item location, and incorrect temperature discrepancies to appropriate departments * Utilizes time management skills to efficiently organize schedule to handle numerous responsibilities and assigned tasks * Ability to work independently and make sound decisions based on the information provided * Understand how to navigate and troubleshoot the online website * Flexibility in daily activities; will be tasked with unplanned duties and will need to adjust quickly * Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perfrom each essential job duty satisfactorily.
