Our Sales teams advocate for our products and the customers they serve. We've built a loyal customer base by selling consumers, retailers, affiliate partners, distributors and industry stakeholders on the DISH brands with authenticity. The sales department is critical to driving demand and creating strategic partnerships across the industry.

Responsibilities:

DISH Business is committed to driving growth through high-impact sales initiatives and engaging event presence at key industry trade shows. We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist who will play a pivotal role in building and qualifying sales pipelines through both inbound and outbound lead generation activities.

This individual will own lead acquisition, qualification, and outreach campaigns, while also supporting key live events with the goal of maximizing customer engagement and new business opportunities. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Marketing and Business Development, the role collaborates closely with the sales, marketing, and sales operations teams to convert interest into action.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through outbound campaigns, database mining, and event-based outreach

* Manage and route inbound leads from marketing channels (website, events, campaigns) using a structured qualification framework

* Develop and maintain lead records in Salesforce; ensure timely updates and accurate tagging for effective follow-up

* Build and iterate value proposition scripts for outbound calls, emails, and social outreach

* Execute outreach campaigns across multiple verticals to generate warm opportunities for handoff to the sales team

* Schedule discovery calls and meetings for sales representatives and upper management

* Collaborate with sales and marketing to continuously improve targeting, messaging, and campaign effectiveness

* Track and report on lead quality, conversion, and ROI from both inbound and outbound efforts

* Analyze performance data and share insights with key stakeholders for process improvement

* Support event logistics related to sales enablement, including booth setup coordination and asset management

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree
* At least 1-2 years of relevant sales and/or marketing experience

Skills and Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation roles

* Demonstrated success managing outbound campaigns and qualifying B2B leads

* Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

* Strong written and verbal communication skills for prospect outreach

* Self-motivated and metrics-driven with a team-first mindset

* Experience in trade show or event-driven sales environments is a plus
