As a EVS Lead Attendant, you will:

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Supervises all cleaning and maintenance operations and department personnel during assigned shifts. 
* Supervises the cleaning, follow up of maintenance, and repair of all facilities and equipment.
* Contributes and assists in the evaluation of employee performance reviews. 
* Provides and administers all new hire training.
* Maintains key control. 
* Involved with the scheduling, disciplinary actions, payroll and inventory, and purchasing procedures, but not solely responsible. 
* Accountable for follow through with department walk through, special cleaning projects, and the maintaining of departmental cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent. 
* Minimum of one year of experience as cleaner in EVS or equivalent. 
* Good communication skills. 
* Computer applications skills. 
* Good knowledge of cleaning procedures. 
* Length of time in position to become proficient. 
* Highly successful performance review. 
* Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
