Being a Program Supervisor at our facility will give you an opportunity to grow your professional skills...

Responsibilities include:

* Comprehensive training in crisis prevention/intervention, trauma informed care, CPR, first aid and more!
* Providing quality care and motivation to the children and adolescents we service.
* Supervising Direct Support Professionals and providing mentorship.
* Implementing programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical and personal needs of clients.
* Assisting, supporting and instructing individuals in self-help skills designed to encourage independence.
* Establishing and maintaining a therapeutic rapport with individuals.

We are seeking Program Supervisors to oversee operations in our Psychiatric Residential Intensive Treatment Program (PRTF), dedicated to our adolescent clients, ages 10-21. Program Supervisors oversee, support, supervise and act as a resource to direct support staff and individuals served. Administrative tasks are also required as needed.

*Starting pay: $24.00 per hour. 

Additional compensation for Experience & Bachelor's degree or higher.

Shifts That May Be Available:

1st: 6:30am-3:15pm

2nd: 2:30pm-11:00pm

3rd: 10:45pm-7:15am

Floating: 12:00pm-8:00pm (can vary, must be flexible)

On-call, weekend availability and some holidays required.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in the field of counseling, mental health, social work, psychology/sociology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field preferred; OR Some college education w/60 college credits in human services preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred (degree); or four (4) years of supervisory experience in a mental health related discipline required (non-degree); Direct care experience with the I/DD (intellectual/developmental disabilities) population, specifically children and adolescents preferred.

Other qualifications:

* Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; leadership, relationship management, and multi-tasking skills are required.

* Strong technical skills and ability to utilize in-house computer applications.

* Have a strong passion for working with and helping children living with emotional and behavioral differences.
* Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.

* On-call, weekend availability and some holidays required.

* Must be able to complete a two-week, paid new hire orientation class; hours are approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.
