Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD, ensuring fast and reliable software delivery.
* Manage and optimize containerized environments with Kubernetes, including deployment automation.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, following Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
* Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus and Grafana, ensuring high availability and observability.
* Integrate and maintain security and compliance tools such as Snyk, Trivy, SonarQube, Vault, and GitHub Advanced Security.
* Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to embed DevSecOps practices across the software lifecycle.
* Participate in incident response and root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement in system reliability and deployment processes.
* Document operational procedures, configurations, and best practices to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in DevOps
* 7+ years of experience in CI/CD
* Fluency in both written and spoken English
* Certifications (CKA, CKS, LPIC, RHCA, RHCE) (optional)
* Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
* Proven experience in creating and optimizing fully automated CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or ArgoCD (including experience with CI/CD and GitOps practices, and managing Kubernetes-based environments using Azure DevOps and ArgoCD)
* At least 5+ years of experience with container management platforms including Rancher, GKE, AKS, EKS, or Docker - especially OpenShift (strongly preferred)
* At least 5+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible
* Knowledge of several programming languages such as C#/.NET, Java, JavaScript, Go, Python (optional)
* Extensive experience in Linux/Unix system administration
* Shell scripting experience, especially with Bash, to automate tasks and streamline processes
* Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Grafana, or Instana (optional)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle customers; result-oriented mindset; strong technical problem-solving skills; excellent planning and organizational skills, and attention to detail (optional but highly valuable)
