Responsibilities:

* Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of the Count Services Department.
* Oversees and trains count cast members and ensures that all company and departmental policies and procedures are followed.
* Directs daily operations of the slot drop and coin weigh/wrap process; verifies the weigh/wrap count.
* Directs daily operations of the bill validator drop.
* Informs Count Services Supervisor of any problems.
* Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
* Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.
* Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.

* Good math skills and some supervisory skills preferred.
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Must be able to obtain a gaming permit.
* Some knowledge of machines, tools, and equipment used on the job.
* While performing the duties of this Job, the cast member is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The cast member is occasionally required to climb or balance. The cast member must frequently lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
* While performing the duties of this Job, the cast member is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The cast member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
