Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY: Prepares and presents high quality food within specified time frame for patient and retail services. Properly follows safe food handling procedures. Takes customers orders and prepare the order according to recipe, keeping in mind additional customer specifications or dietary needs. To supervise all aspects of Food & Nutrition Services.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 2 years healthcare food production. Licensure/Certification: Illinois Food Safety Sanitation Certification (within 1 year of hire). Other skills/knowledge: Basic math skills, basic computer skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Culinary or Associates Degree Experience: 2 years healthcare food production with lead experience Licensure/Certification: Certified Dietary Manager Certification (or within 18 months of hire)
