Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY: Prepares and presents high quality food within specified time frame for patient and retail services. Properly follows safe food handling procedures. Takes customerĂ¢ (tm)s orders and prepare the order according to recipe, keeping in mind additional customer specifications or dietary needs. To supervise all aspects of Food & Nutrition Services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: 2 years healthcare food production. Licensure/Certification: Illinois Food Safety Sanitation Certification (within 1 year of hire). Other skills/knowledge: Basic math skills, basic computer skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Culinary or Associates Degree Experience: 2 years healthcare food production with lead experience Licensure/Certification: Certified Dietary Manager Certification (or within 18 months of hire)
