Responsibilities: JOB DESCRIPTION - ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDER (APP) LEAD - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Emergency Department and Urgent Care In this leadership role, the APP lead will be responsible for the general oversight of the Center for Urgent and Emergent Services APP team; including, but not limited to, education, communication, quality initiatives, performance and staffing/scheduling. They will collaborate with the medical directors of the Emergency Department and Urgent Care. They will manage APP clinical service delivery for the effective, safe, and efficient operation of CUES and be a change agent for the department by supporting projects that drive institute quality metrics, maximize productivity, and contain costs. Clinically, the Lead APP will have a demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation regarding the needs and care of emergency department and/or urgent care patients. #LI-CU1 Qualifications: Schedule Hours/Days: Varies - full time work week
