Job Overview:
The instructor is responsible for teaching assigned classes in accordance with our instruction principles; for maintaining student class records and fulfilling administrative duties as required or requested by the Center Manager; and for participating in professional development activities.
In liaison with the Center Manager, the instructor is further responsible for counseling students, providing effective feedback and advice; recommending appropriate products and services to meet customers' needs; and for designing and /or delivering programs in accordance with their enhanced product knowledge.
Responsibilities:
*Delivery of English Language instruction using our proprietary teaching method
*Teaching groups of 1 to 4 students
*Some travel is required to teach onsite at the customer's facility
*Variable working hours depending on the teacher's availability and the needs of the business
*Working hours between 08:30 - 21:30 (M-F) and 08:30 - 17:30 on weekends
*Most students are adults and business professionals, but the job MAY INCLUDE approx. 10% of work schedule teaching to children
Minimum Requirements:
* Native Level of English proficiency
*A four-year bachelor's degree or higher
*Two years' work experience after graduation (does not have to be teaching related, though it's preferred)
*Certification in language teaching (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA or equivalent)
*Clean criminal record

*Business experience, knowledge or qualifications desirable
Remuneration Package:
*Competitive hourly salary:
-Units 1-40: CNY 110 per unit
-Units 41-80: CNY 120 per unit
-Units 81+: CNY 130 per unit
*Bonus incentives for: Travel time, teaching demos, student progress reports, assessments (inquire in the interview with the school for details)
