Responsibilities:

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Landscape Inspector to join our award-winning team based in Doha, Qatar..

This role will be involved in coordinating and monitoring on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project standards.

We envisage success in this role to include;

* Coordinating on-site construction activities for conforming with contract documents and established procedures.
* Reviewing contractor compliance with safety requirements on site.
* Reviewing contractor compliance with quality standards.
* Liaising and reporting to senior work inspectors.
* Maintaining records of daily work activities, issues, approved/rejected work, hours of operation, labor, and equipment used.
* Coordinating with the contractor daily to advise on proper execution of work.
* Coordinating with other discipline inspectors and arranging testing of suspect materials.
* Coordinating with surveyors to check line and grade of ongoing and completed work for conformance with plans and specifications.
* Reporting questionable methods of operation by the contractor to senior works inspectors/site engineers.
* Participating in all health and safety activities as required by the Resident Engineer and project safety representatives, following KEO H&S policies and procedures.
* Processing inspection requests and maintaining records of their status.
* Maintaining records of contractor work performed on a day-works basis.
* Reporting to the Senior Engineer or RE any failure of the contractor to perform work according to drawings and specifications.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in an Engineering discipline. 

Infrastructure project experience is preferred.
