Overview: Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities: * Perform testing in the PMBC lab; * Work with the Project Management team to ensure appropriate procedures are in place to adequately provide the proper results and products for sponsors; * Monitor and manage inventory counts; * Actively troubleshoot errors and test results while working with management to propose possible solutions and/or procedural updates when needed; * Develop and implement new procedures or processes needed in the future in the processing laboratory; * Train in how to prepare ancillary buffers and reagents manufactured by the Biorepository/Sample Archives department Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a Biological Science field or Chemical Science field; * Laboratory experience preferred; * Attention to detail; and * Strong communication and organization skills.
