Job description: Works primarily in the lab specimen processing/intake department of the lab. Assist with specimen management and clerical duties as requested. May perform blood collection and specimen processing. If allowed by local/state regulations, may perform waived or mod complex testing, if appropriate for the department organization. Qualifications: In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * High School Diploma/G.E.D. required * BLS-CPR within 90 days * Lab Assistant Program certification, preferred * Phlebotomy program certificate, preferred * 6 months experience in an acute care facility, preferred * Excellent customer service and time management skills Schedule: M-F 1200 - 2030 Physical & Exertion Requirements: Medium
