Responsibilities:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating comprehensive care for assigned patients, ensuring the delivery of individualized and age-appropriate care. This role requires assessing patient status, interpreting clinical data, and addressing unique care requirements in alignment with established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate total patient care, delivering individualized care based on patient needs.
* Assess and interpret data reflective of patient status to provide age-specific, evidence-based care.
* Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles across the lifespan.
* Embody the Mission and Core Values of St. Bernardine Medical Center through professional conduct and high-quality care delivery.
* Actively support the hospital's strategic plan and participate in quality improvement and process enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:

* One year RN experience in an acute care Maternal Child setting preferred.
* Current California Registered Nurse License
* Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support- within first six months of employment into the position.
* Neonatal Resuscitation- within first six months of employment into the position.
* Basic Arrhythmia- within first six months of employment 
* Basic Fetal Monitoring within first six months of employment.
