What You'll Do:
* The Project Manager, Labor Relations, provides enterprise-level project management and operational coordination to support the company's collective bargaining and labor strategy activities. This newly created position is responsible for managing the Labor Relations master calendar, negotiation tracking systems, and supporting documentation across all business lines to ensure efficient planning and execution of labor initiatives. This role is central to the organization and visibility of Labor Relations activities enterprise-wide. The Project Manager partners with the Labor Relations professionals, HR Business Partners, Legal, Finance, Benefits, Contracts, Program Leaders, and SLT to manage timelines, deliverables, and data that enable successful negotiation outcomes and continuous improvement in labor practices. While a background in labor relations or human resources is beneficial, the primary focus of this position is project management, coordination, and data organization. The ideal candidate is technologically savvy, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects within a complex, fast-paced government contracting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the enterprise-wide Labor Relations calendar, tracking upcoming negotiations, expirations, ratifications, and post-negotiation deliverables across all business lines.
* Develop and maintain standardized project plans and Smartsheet dashboards to monitor status, milestones, and dependencies for all active labor projects.
* Coordinate the preparation, distribution, and version control of negotiation strategy packages, ensuring alignment among Benefits, Contracts, Legal, Finance, HRBPs, and Operations.
* Support Labor Relations leadership in preparing executive summaries, leadership briefings, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain centralized databases for CBAs, bargaining history, and economic agreements; ensure accurate data entry and document retention.
* Partner with HR Operations and Finance to track labor-related budgets, travel, and resource planning across programs.
* Assist with the development of internal process documentation, toolkits, and templates to enhance efficiency and standardization across the Labor Relations function.
* Identify and implement opportunities for improved workflow, collaboration, and data transparency using Microsoft and Smartsheet technologies.

* Education/Certifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or related field required.
* PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
* SHRM-CP or other HR certification is a plus, but not required
* Experience:
* 5+ years of project management, operations, or business coordination experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
* Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
* Prior exposure to labor relations, HR operations, or government contracting environments is desirable but not required.
* Experience building and maintaining Smartsheet dashboards or equivalent project management systems preferred.
* Skills & Technology Used:
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Smartsheet; strong understanding of project planning and reporting tools.
* Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to analyze data, track deliverables, and produce concise, high-impact reports for leadership.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable learning and managing enterprise tools and document management systems.

* The successful candidate's starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
* The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.
* USD 105,000 - 165,000
* Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
