One California Responsibilities: As our Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide vital direct patient care, significantly contributing to patient well-being and recovery as an integral part of our compassionate healthcare team. Every day, you will assess patient conditions, administer medications, perform prescribed treatments, and meticulously document care. You will collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement individualized care plans, ensuring a seamless and high-quality patient experience. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient safety, and excellent communication. Your compassionate demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment are essential. * Passes medications timely and appropriately, following policy and procedure. * Completes treatments accurately and within appropriate time frames. * Demonstrates ability to operate diagnostic equipment. * Demonstrates proficiency in IV insertion and maintenance. * Maintains environment free of resident abuse; reports suspected abuses to supervisor. * Responds appropriately in crisis situations. Qualifications: Required * Experience within last two years in acute and/or long-term care. * Licensed Vocational Nurse: CA, upon hire * Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
