Responsibilities: **Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered** Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic LPN Scheduler to our GI team located at our CUMC-Bergan Campus / Service Center off of 77th & Mercy! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call! Are you a highly organized LPN who excels at coordinating complex schedules while keeping a calm, positive attitude? Do you love the satisfaction of a perfectly orchestrated day? Our fast-paced Gastroenterology Clinic is seeking a skilled LPN Procedure Scheduler to be the maestro of our scheduling, ensuring a smooth, harmonious experience for our patients and providers. Scheduling and Coordinating Procedure Appointments: * Scheduling procedure appointments for patients to include: * Creating (from template) instructions from a completed questionnaire. * Enter medication for the upcoming procedure (when needed). * Other duties as assigned. Verifying Patient Information: * Confirming patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant details. * Communicating with Patients and Healthcare Teams: * Communicating appointment details, handling inquiries, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Managing Pre-procedure calls and Reminders: * Creating, and sending out patient instructions for the scheduled procedure. * During the pre-procedure call, they will review patients instructions ensuring patients receive necessary information for the scheduled procedure. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program * Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board * Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association * Completion of IV Therapy Course
