We are currently searching for more Licensed Practical Nurses to add to our team. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for identifying and reporting patient needs through data collection, planning, intervention and evaluation and delivery of appropriate care according to nursing standards and professional practice as outlined by the nurse practice act for LPN's. Collection of data is via interview, observation, auscultation and palpation. Through documentation and oral communication, essential information is shared with health care team members and other customers common to the unit/area(s) of assignment. Required Criteria * Graduation from a School of Licensed Practical Nursing with current LPN licensure from Idaho. * This position requires the AHA Healthcare Provider CPR Certification * Preferred Criteria * LPN and/or CNA work experience About the Position: If you are looking to work in a primary care clinic, St. Luke's offers an exciting opportunity for LPNs to receive standardized training and the ability to rotate through clinics with openings to find placement in a Treasure Valley clinic that is an ideal fit.
