Facilitates interdisciplinary partnership in patient care (as appropriate for an LPN). * Integrates ethical provisions in nursing practice and delivers care in a manner that preserves and protects patient autonomy, dignity and rights. * Evaluates progress towards attainment of desired patient outcomes. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program * Active (LPN) license cleared by the Kentucky Board of Nursing or with eNLC multi-state practice privilege * Basic Life Support (BLS) Effective 10/1/2024, all LPN hires are required to obtain their RN degree within 4 years of their start date. Individuals must enroll and begin participating in an RN program within 6 months of their start date. #KentuckyLPN
