Overview:
Job Title: LPN LEAD
Location: Novant Health - East Cooper Pelvic Health
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No weekends or holidays)
Provides non-clinical and clinical duties in practice under the direction of the practice manager within his or her scope.
Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
* Experience: Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement. Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.
* Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specifics skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support. Leadership development, preferred.
