Our full range of medical services include a new pavilion featuring enhancements in heart and vascular care surgery maternity cancer care and diagnostic imaging. Responsibilities: At CHI Health Mercy Council Bluffs patients are at the heart of our care. Our campus is designed to heal the body mind and spirit of every person in a more comfortable less stressful hospital environment. We are offering up to a $5,000 Sign On Bonus and up to $8,000 in student loan repayment assistance for this position. What You'll Do * Administer individualized care plans for assigned patients. * Administer patients' medications accurately safely and consistent with the patients condition and plan of care. * Complete thorough concise and accurate patient care documentation. * Provide physical educational and emotional support to patients as well as their friends and families. Qualifications: What You'll Need * Current LPN license that allows you to practice in our state * Graduate of an accredited nursing program * Basic Life Support (BLS) required * Additional certification or licensure may be required for some specialty areas
