Responsibilities:
* Deliver compassionate nursing care within scope of practice
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered
* Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
* Document patient information accurately and timely
* Collaborate with RNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications:
Required:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
* Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
Preferred:
* Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
