Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Department: Hematology Clinic 
Employment Type: Full-Time, M-F, 8am-5pm 

 Responsibilities

* Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide compassionate and evidence-based care.
* Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
* Foster teamwork and community involvement within the healthcare setting.

Qualifications:

* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required. 
* Experience: One year of relevant experience, required. 
* Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required. 
* Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
