Overview:
Novant Health is seeking LPN to provide assistance to our physicians and our nurses in various aspects of patient care, from scheduling appointments and managing medical records to taking vital signs and administering medications.
* Schedule: Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Department: Novant Health Orthopedic & Sports Medicine
* Location: Clemmons, North Carolina
About Our Team:We specialize in treating musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, joint pain, fractures, and rehabilitation to help patients regain strength and mobility.
Responsibilities:
* Assist providers during exams and procedures
* Take vital signs, obtain medical histories, and perform EKGs
* Prepare patients and exam rooms for treatment
* Provide compassionate care and patient education focused on orthopedic health and recovery
Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program
* Experience: One year of relevant experience, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills
