Qualifications: In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: * * Two years of previous LPN experience, preferred * Current state LPN license, required * High School Diploma or GED, required * BLS through the American Heart Association, required upon hire or within 8 weeks of hire * State IV certification required within 3 months of hire or transfer, required * Knowledge in nursing and person-centered care concepts, required * Ability to demonstrate competency in the provision of individual care of patients based on the patients' assessed age and developmental needs Physical requirements: * Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly. Schedule: Full time (variable)
