We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours. Responsibilities: **Up to $5000 Sign on Bonus offered** Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment! In healthcare, we all agree that support is a must in order to be successful. CHI Health would love to add a Clinic LPN to our Maple Hills Family Medicine Clinic located off of 101st & Maple! Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (Tuesday's Off) 645a-515p, No weekends, No holidays & No call! Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: * Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program * Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board * Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association * Completion of IV Therapy Course
