Overview: Sign on bonus eligible! $1,500 for external candidates (2 + years of LPN exerience) POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Manager Patient Care, or Administrative Supervisor. Carries out routine patient care assignments on assigned shift; works and performs in controlled patient care situations and performs established nursing care procedures for individuals or groups of patients as delegated by Supervisory Personnel. This position will be at our Optometry office. This job will include rooming, nurse clinic/lab, and in-basket duties. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Graduate from an Accredited school of nursing * Current Illinois LPN License * BLS (AHA) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * ACLS * Emergency Department or EMT/Paramedic experience OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
