Overview:

As an LPN, you'll deliver compassionate, skilled, and hands-on nursing care to support patients' health, comfort, and recovery under the direction of registered nurses and physicians. Responsibilities:
* Monitoring patients' vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration).
* Administering medications and injections as prescribed.
* Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
* Collecting samples for lab tests and recording patient information.
* Changing dressings and helping care for wounds.
* Reporting changes in patients' conditions to RNs or physicians.
Qualifications:
* Licensed Practical Nurse
Education:
* Associate Degree
Other information:
Experience: Experience preferred. Demonstrates standards of performance (ownership, teamwork, communication, compassion) that support patient satisfaction and principles of service excellence.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Individual will possess commensurate combination of education, experience and qualifications.
