We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on night shift. In this role, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working closely with Registered Nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support patients throughout their hospital stay.
Position Overview
As a Night Shift LPN, you'll care for adult patients with a variety of medical needs, contributing to a safe, supportive, and healing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs who thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy building strong patient relationships during overnight hours.
Schedule
* Night Shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am
* Status: Full-Time
* Shift Differential available for overnight hours
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider
* Perform and document assigned nursing care, including medication administration, vital signs, and patient assessments within LPN scope
* Assist with IV therapy, wound care, tube feedings, and other clinical tasks as appropriate
* Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to support care plans and safe discharges
* Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families
Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
* Experience: One year of relevant experience, required.
* Licensure/Certification: Appropriate state LPN license, required.
* Additional Skills (required): Computer skills, Phone call etiquette, Organizational Skills.
