LITIGATION LEGAL SECRETARY (DIRECT HIRE)
We have an exciting opportunity to join a world renowned law firm in downtown Seattle! This law firm has an extensive Fortune 500 client list and is known for their philanthropy. This position will support four attorneys in the litigation practice group and comes with a very competitive salary and excellent benefits.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
To be immediately considered for this Litigation Legal Secretary opportunity, you should have the following:
*A minimum of 5 years of Washington litigation experience in State and Federal court;
*Ability to draft and review pleadings;
*Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling and organizational skills;
*Experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook;
*Excellent organization abilities;
*Experience preparing trial notebooks, orders, and witness books;
*Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys and staff.
