LEGAL BOOKKEEPER, PART-TIME
(TEMP - possible TEMP-TO-HIRE)
Our client, a well-regarded Personal Injury law firm, located downtown Seattle, is seeking an experienced Legal Bookkeeper on a part-time temporary, possibly temporary-to-hire basis. This position will support the firm's billing and accounting functions and will report directly to firm management.
Position duties include but are not limited to the following:
*Managing firm billing cycles assisting with time entry and pre-bills;
*AP/AR;
*Entering invoices and running check requests;
*IOLTA/Trust accounting as well as other duties as assigned.
The position will start as soon as possible and requires a minimum of 2 years of legal accounting experience. An acute attention to detail, flexibility and ability to multitask and prioritize are required.
