Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle EPM professional to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires a unique blend of functional, technical, and administrative expertise across the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) suite. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective solutions and implementing key EPM modules including Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS), and Narrative Reporting. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in EPM solution delivery, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end implementations and providing ongoing support.

Qualifications:
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM modules ARCS, FCCS, Planning & Budgeting, and Narrative Reporting in a hands-on capacity.
* Translate complex business requirements into scalable EPM solutions that align with best practices.
* Administer and maintain EPM applications, including metadata management, security setup, and performance optimization.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and templates within EPM tools to support financial and operational reporting needs.
* Provide technical and functional support for EPM-related issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
* Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet organizational objectives.
* Support integration of EPM applications with ERP and other external systems.
* Document solution designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge transfer and audit requirements.
