Responsibilities:

As our Social Worker, you will be a compassionate advocate, providing vital support and guidance to individuals and families facing complex challenges.

Every day, you will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop care plans, provide counseling and crisis intervention, and connect clients to resources. You'll advocate for clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support and promote well-being.

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, strong knowledge of community resources, and proven crisis management abilities, fostering positive change and client empowerment.

* Assess the behavioral health needs of patients seeking treatment for mental health or addiction services.
*  Assess, communicate, and document risks related to potential harm to self or others.
* Conduct psychosocial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each patient's situation.
*  Participate in and implement effective discharge plannings.
* Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions.
* Implement evidence-based intervention techniques tailored to patient needs.

Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Schedule May be Flexible

Student loan repayment program as well as relocation assistance offered!

Qualifications:

Required

* Oregon LCSW
* Master's in Social Work

Preferred

* Two years of experience in evaluation and clinical intervention with a mental health population
