IT Change Management and Transformation Leader
SoftwareOne
Scope: Full-time | Office: Colombia | Remote
How a day to day would look like in this role:
Own the evolution of the IT customer service, transitioning from a traditional model to an "Intelligent Experience Center." You will be key in leading technology adoption, training teams, and minimizing resistance to change, ensuring that the project generates value for the service customers.
Qualifications:
Profile: Background in systems engineering or related fields with experience leading or actively participating in projects involving the adoption of new technologies within organizations.
Required Skills:
* Previous experience in digital transformation projects.
* Experience with help desks and IT support.
* Knowledge of technological tools such as CRM, ticket management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, others), self-service platforms, and process automation systems.
* Ability to lead training and awareness efforts for teams on new tools and methodologies.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, encouraging partnership between IT, operations, and customer service areas.
* ITIL Certification.
Management Aspects:
* Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluating the efficiency of transformation initiatives.
* Development of transformation roadmaps and management of resources and timelines to meet objectives.
* Ability to define and supervise key performance indicators and continuously improve service processes.
* Data measurement and presentation.
Desirable:
* Basic knowledge of cybersecurity or financial compliance.
