About this opportunity 

Align is the industry leader and innovator in medical devices which focuses on revolutionizing the dental and orthodontic industry. Align, the makers of Invisalign (r) is looking for a Knowledge/Content Management Administrator. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. 

As Knowledge/Content Management Administrator you will be systematically collect information from multiple business sources for the development of sector-specific keyword lists and databases that assist with understanding company technology, taxonomies, and methodologies. Identifie problems and solutions to be captured in the sector's knowledge base(s). You will develop knowledge-based systems, databases and expert systems that interact within the organization and to benefit customers including tools incorporated into end-user applications. 

 This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign(r)) to our customers. We would love for you to join a fun and cutting-edge technology company that has helped create millions of smiles.

The location of your office will be Wrocław. We can offer a hybrid work model (2 HO days).

In this role, you will  

*  Continuously update and capture new information and knowledge articles to meet departmental metrics.

*  Ensure the integrity and usability of the knowledge base. 

*  Contribute to knowledge base articles by identifying end-users' problems and solutions.

*  Organize, leads, and facilitates cross-functional project teams.

*  Collect data to drive organizational continuous improvement initiatives. 

*  Interact with stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements.

*  Support in monitoring database usage and compiling feedback.

*  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs.

*  Support the development of metrics that provide data for future improvement opportunities. 

*  Measure performance against process requirements.

*  Resolve complex issues by following company standards.

*  Translate business objectives and requirements into functional and system specifications.

*  Assist and support the design and development of required knowledge interfaces and enhancements

In this role, you'll need   

*  Normally requires a Bachelor Degree 

*  Typically has 1-3 years of directly related experience

*  Proficiency in English is desirable for this position.

*  Attention to details.

*  Salesforce experiece.

*  Proficient with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.).

*  Intermediate Project management skills

*  Basic proficiency in business analytics to anticipate the impact of emerging technologies and adjust.

*  Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

*  Intermediate level Excel certification

*  ITIL certification

*  Basic Data Analytics
